Client need: This health care facility for low-income patients needed to extend the reach of its annual fundraising campaign to be able to cover its costs. Prior campaigns had been directed mainly toward existing volunteers and funders.
Solution: We created a dual print and online campaign with information targeted to the large pool of donors who were unfamiliar with the clinic’s work, while explicitly acknowledging existing supporters.
Outcome: This highly successful campaign raised much-needed funding among new donors as well as past contributors. At the same time, it expanded public awareness of the clinic’s importance and impact.
