Client need: This law firm needed a honed message and the ability to provide information in multiple languages to reach clients who face difficulty accessing public services.
Solution: We developed a multi-language site that allows hand-translated content for greatest accuracy. The site offers full text in Spanish and English, with clear descriptions of complex issues, compelling messaging, and strong calls to action.
Outcome: This community-minded legal practice has been able to reach out to populations that often have trouble accessing services. With clients from diverse backgrounds expressing interest, the firm is considering adding more languages.
