Project Description

Client need: Mexico’s National Institute of Public Health (INSP) needed help preparing its 10-year report for the U.S.-based international accrediting body. Although the institute had no trouble meeting the accreditation standards, staff had difficulty with the complex reporting requirements, particularly given the language barrier.

Solution: We reviewed, structured, edited, and drafted new text for a 180-page accreditation report. To ensure compliance with all reporting requirements, we worked with key staff to interpret findings, gather additional information, and create visuals to display data.

Result: The institute passed with flying colors and received international re-accreditation with no requested revisions. The report received an “A” on 25 of 26 criteria, with just one “B.”
